My Magical Holiday

Oh my gosh!! I had so much fun these past few days. By the way Merry Christmas everyone! Last night was really fun, becase we went to my Grandma Virgie's house and had lunch with everyone...tamales, spanish rice, beans, potato salad, and i think ham. The traditional mexican lunch!! Then afterwards we came home around 7:00. My family gathered around and we each got to open a few of our presents. Emilee and I opened 3, and Alyssa opened 1. The presents I opened on Christmas Eve, were, pirates of the carribean pajamas, my skateboard helmet, and my pirates 2 movie. I was sooo excited. And then this morning emiliee came in and woke me up at 7:28, yeah thats right not even 7:30...7:28.lol. She whispered so loudly..."kelsey, kelsey, kelsey, come on we are gonna open our presents in 5 minutes!" Well, i pulled me self out of bed and i walked in my parents room, to find them all snugged up STILL laying in their bed."how does that work???!!!" All of us finally went in to the livingroom. NAd started opening our stockings, and then presents. Some of the main things I got were, a digital camera(canon powershot A530), some pirates jewelry, jack sparrow pillowcase, umm and some other things i cant really remember.lol. As soon as we were done, we started preparing for the rest of the family to get there. When everyone arrived we ate lunch(sandwiches, chipas&dip, salad and other things), then eventually we all sat down for what??..., MORE PRESENTS. My grandparents got me a really cute white mp3 player, and 2 shirts that are extremly cute, and some jeans. And my aunt and uncle got me some pastels, and color pencils, and a drawing/sketching book. All of my stuff is so cool. Oh yeah and i got a speaker pillow for my mp3 player.lol. That pretty much wraps everything up!! Everyone has gone now. And I am totally drained, and sitting here writing on my fabulous blog!!! well, g2g....................

Today & Last Night

Wow, I haven't written on this in awhile it seems like. I just got this new page on allpoetry.com. And you cnawrite your poetry on it and talk to poeple, and comment on their pages and they can comment on mine. It's really cool. But that DOES NOT mean i wil forget about this page. ;) Anyways, lastnight i baysat 4 kids all in the ranges between 1 and 3. i guess u could say it was...fun. But afterwards whe i was done i got to go into the gym and listen to the last part of the srevice they were having, it was mission weekend. This morning i was int ehre too, and they were in groups working on dramas, it was pretty cool.And right now i am at home writing on this blog.

My Show On The Road

I went to maplewood today.It was pretty fun, the kids were all playing different games and stuff. I did not get a lot of schoolwork done...but terrance read my history book to me...which did help a little. :) Anyways, we were there and the kids did a craft and my mom and elaine told them a story and sweet stuff like that. When we got back to the church we were there for a little bit and then my mom decided to go to the dollar tree and my dad happened to be ready before my mom got back so me and my dad and alyssa were waiting outside for like twenty minutes. But while we were waiting for her i put on a little show in the middle of the street. It was pretty cool. I was singing and dancing and performing all at the smae time. And then eventually my mom came so the show had to stop. Anyways, g2g...write later.

Everything Over The Past Couple Of Days

I just got home about half an hour ago. I had spanish and biology today...boring as usual. Although i guess spanish was kind of fun. Oh, yeah i ate three bowls of ice cream( i knew i did something fun today) Yeah and who knew pineapple ice cream could tast so good!!! I really liked it. Right on our break in spanish me and chelsea ran to the kitchen to eat dave's ice cream...then he had to come in there and literally drag us back to class. I love hanging out with my homeschool group friends. We always have so much fun. I guess being homeschooled has it's andvantages.(though it seems like there are so few sometimes). So, me ad my friends actually just got back yesterday from los angeles. We went to help out with operation christmas child. Yeah, so tiring, we had to stand on our feet on cement for four hours straight...we didnt get to sit down at all. I was about to die. What we did, was we stood in a long line in front of a long table and grabbed a shoe box behind us, took the rubberbands opff(which sometimes snap at you), then checked the whole box for any type of money whatsoever evenm if its play money, and stick it in the black box next to us. Then we put the lid back on, as well as new rubberbands and set it in front of us,...then w do the same exact thing again. for four hours.Oh My Gosh!!! and im like dying because i am so tired. Oh, but that was just the first day. Then we stayed inside a hotel for the night. And that part was really fun because eevryone came over to my room, and we all played a boardgame called apples to apples. Then we all watched the movie, The Perfect Man, and it was so funny cuz we all are makng fun of this one guy in the movie, lenny, he is so dumb.lol. But anyways after we played the game and ate pizza and watched the movie, evryone eventually left our ropom, so we could finally go to bed. Well, as me and hannah were getting all situated the pull out bed collapsed on me hannah. it was so funny, the bar under the bed was bent in a way that was not suppose to be bent in. So, we finally found the right sized object and nugded it under the pull out bed so it didbt move any where, me and hannah finally fell asleep. I got to sleep any woke up, wel, i thought it was like six o clock in the morning and instead of six i looked at the clock and it was only 2:30 in the morning. "what was I gonna do with the whole night??" So, i trieds to go back to sleep. I ended up sleeping on and off all through out the night. Well, me and hannah got up around 6:30 and got ready. Everyone came to our room for breakfast at 8:00. ANd then we walked to the building. And what did we do??...we checked more boxes. I did felt sick too, that made everything so much better. We finally finished and got on the road. Oh, and the guys learned how to braid hair on this trip,(who said this trip wasnt educational?!), we had so much fun. Even though we were so tired, we just had to keep telling ourselves,"it's for the kids, it's for the kids,it's for thekids." We had fun...all of us were together...thats what made it fun!!!

My Thanksgiving

I had such a good thanksgiving!!! On thanksgiving day my dads side of the family came to my house and the whole house was crowded. But i guess it was al worth it because we got to hang out and there was a lot of food involved. ;) Seriously though i think i gained ten pounds just from thanksgiving. And then to make things worse...but better at the same time on friday my family went to my moms mom's house to have lunch. The food was good there too.lol. I had a good time with my family this thanksgiving break. Oh yeah, and yesterday my family decorated the house for christmas! the only we have left to do is decorate the tree. but i think we are doing that soon too. Well, now that thanksgiving is out of done...NEXT COMES CHRISTMAS!!! P.S. and that menas more parties!!!

This is my little sister Emilee Nicole Taylor. She is probably the most energetic person I know. She usually is always bouncing off the wall...but thats what i love about her. She can probably make anyone laugh...even a statue. (even though sometimes she tries a little to hard) You would be really lucky to be around her when she is in her happy bubbly mood, which is about 90% of the time. But, that other 10% stay clear away. When she gets mad...she is mad, and she...well, u know what happens...Anyways, most of the time she is funny, she literally makes the world seem like it is all sunshine and rainbows...which is why...I LOVE MY EMILEE!!!

Just A Thought

Everyone needs that one person to talk to you know? make sure that atelast one person really really cares about you. Even though there may be toms of poeple who know you and care about you...i think that there should be atleast one person who you can truly confide in and tell everything to.(that is besides God.)Although, at the same time sometimes i think that the only person you can trust is your self. I mean technically you never know when people can turn on you at any moment. But i guess it is always good to talk to some one. I guess it really depends on what type of person you are...if you're the typr of person who only trusts yourself, ot if you're the type of person who can trust anyone and talk and open up to them, or if you are a little bit of both. It all really depends. WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE YOU???

A Simple Pilgrim Boy & A Gorgeous Indian Princess

Once upon a time there was a family. Kind of reminded me of an Amish bunch, that family did. Anyways, the pop of the bunch was named Joe, Chester Joe actually, but he just went by Joe. He was driving the family wagon while Helen, was in the back sewing up a quilt for her son, johnny. While Helen and Joe were just driving the wagon along, johnny was playing with his pup twizzle, while pushing along his hoop with a stick he had found. While this pleasant family was strolling along one day, there had been an indian tribe that was passing by at that same time. Well, that day while johnny had been playing outside he saw the little indian girl, or indian princess rather. He was mesmerized by her. Well, of course he wnated to be friends with her so he walks up to her and the only words little johnny could get out of his mouth were," HOW." And the little indian girl said, " i am not an idiot stupid, i can speak english." Well, then right away, johnny asked her for her name, he came to find out that the little indian princess' name was Lisa Monreal. Those two came to be good friends. Lisa would teach johnny how to plant corn and talk to animals, and johnny would teach lisa how to make butter and how to sew buttons on clothes. They became best friends. As they grew older, they remained best friends, and pretty soon became attracted to each other. Well, it was no longer just teaching each other how to talk to animals or how to make butter...no, it was more than that now. These two wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. A simple Pilgrim boy and a gorgeuos Indian princess living happily ever after.

My Week In Tahoe

My family and I have been on our vacation for four days now. We are staying in a house that belongs to a family we know, in South Lake Tahoe. I have had so much fun. On monday, the day we got here we were all really tired so we didnt really get to do a lot but i did get to sleep on a really fuzzy rug. And i was so comfortable the whole night. And then on Tuesday we had to take alyssa to the doctor because she messed up her ear on the way up here. I sat in the doctor's office for an hour. Eventually she came out...and we went and picked up the groceries. And came back and ate dinner. On wednesday we went to see the movie, Santa Clause 3. It was so cute. I loved it. Then today, we got to go ice skating...my feet were hurting sooo bad...i felt like they were going ot fall off.lol. After we skated for about an hour an a half, we went toa little antique store. I think that was my favorite antique store i've ever been to. Because the whole store was full of little things. I bought a really cute ring with my birthstone in the middle for only a dollar, which i am wearing right now. :) After that we went to a spot where you can look out on Lake Tahoe. The scene was beautiful. I was so upset, i had forgotten to bring the camera though.Anyways, after that we came back to the house, had dinner, and now we are just watching a bunch of movies. We are specifically watching Walk The Line right now. Its just starting. Well, that pretty much wraps up the fun stuff we have dine so far. Of course i ahd to do school work in between all that and sleep and stuff. Oh, yeah and this place has a pool table, so we have been playing pool all week. Ima gettin pretty good at it. Oh yeah! Well, i should probably go finish the rest of my vacation now. peace out.

My Sheena Lee

Look how puurrtty sheena lee looks. She is my new hero. She lives in a dorm hall with like 20 other girls, she goes to as many mission events as possible, and she eats the mission food.lol. Anyways, i always wish i could ahng out wiht sheena way more than i get to do now. I remember one time when me and sheena went to coldstone together, becasue she ahd never been. (and of course she liked but but anywasy...) I got coffee ice cream with peanut butter mixed in. And the minute i put it in my mouth it tasted like something that didnt taste like ice cream. But i couldnt figure out what it tasted like. so sheena tried it, and then we both finally agreed that it tasted like pancakes. So, if you ever want to eat pancakes without eating pancakes, just try coffee ice cream with peanut butter mixed in. Thats what me and sheena discovered on our trip to Coldstone. This is the reason i love sheena, because me and her can make a memory together without even trying. I will never have to worry about my life being boring, because
I HAVE SHEENA!!!

My Puppy, Tessie

This is my puppy, Tessie. And she is at home right now while moy family and I are in South Lake Tahoe. And yes, we are having fun...but my puppy is at home and she is sick. Yeah right before we left she was throwing up and she was really tired and laying down all the time and stuff. I was so scared to leave her but i had to leave her in the hands of my neighbor. Who happens to take care of her very well, but I still miss my puppy, Tessie. Not to mention that its my fault she is sick. Remeber how I got sick for a couple days? yeah i passed it on...TO MY OWN DOG!!!

I GOT SICK!!!

I have been sick for the past three days. And I barely ever get sick so when i get sick it's bad. I threw up a couple times and i have been sleeping a lot over the past couple days. I would fine myself walking in and out of every room in the house doing nothing at all. Well, of course the news got around to everyone, so pretty much every person i see asks me, "are you feeling better?" ugh. so annoying. I pretty much got it down to a cold now. Actually it's pretty much justa sore throat. Its so funny when i have a sore throat, i literaly sound like i am five when i talk. And it sounds even worse when i talk on the phone. Not to mention my friend is coming oveer tomorrow...i hope i dont get her sick. Well, i feel ok right now, so i hope it stays that way.g2g.peace out.

HALLOWEEN IS HERE!!!

I am so excited!! I have been talking about wanting halloween to cme and it is finally here! Tonight i ma going to hannah's church for their harvest party. I think we are going to the park. Right now i am inside the mission california office and i can hear my church(or previous church) getting ready for their carnival. I went out their, and it looks really cool. Thay have a lt of different booths and stuff. Well, i have to go to the party now. Halloween is calling!!!

30 Hour Famine

I just experienced 30 hour famine this past weekend. I couldn't eat or drink anything but water for 30 hours. yeah i was pretty much starving. As were my friends too. I got there aroung 11:30, and they had just finished there service. Then we all played a game together. After that we all hung out for a few minutes and then we went to bed. the next morning we woke up snd got ready, prayed and then left for the Fresno Inn. We handed out food to a lot of poeple and played games with the kids. We also went to like 3 different apartment buildings. After we were done, we went back to the church and kind of reflected on what had happened and stuff. We had a short service. Then finally we got to break the fast. I had 2 hot dogs, 1 bag of chips, 1 mountain dew, and 1 drumstick ice cream cone. yeah i feel pretty much fat now.lol. Anways, I had a really good time, and i got to hang out wiht all of my friends and stuff.

I Can't Get My Words Out

Do u ever have those moments where you are talking to your friend or someone and you miss your chance to say what you have been waiting to tell them? I hate it when that happens. I always get caught in a conversation where i can't really say how i feel when i am talking to a friend for some reason. Every once in awhile when i am talking ot someone and they won't listen to me i just flat out yell what i want to say... they seem to listen then.lol. But, do you ever see someone you have been waiting to see and then what you have been wanting to tell them just can't come out of your mouth? That usually happens to me too. I think sometimes its just better if we don't talk at all. That maybe thats why we can't get it out of our mouths...like its the wrong time or we just shouldn't say it at all. You know if you really think about there really is a right time to do things and a right time to say certain things.hmm.

Some of My Favorite Things in Life

*waking up in the morning and having to remember where you are *smelling the flowers before you can see them *being able to dance even when you can't walk *being so tired that you just get crazy *going to a store and picking out new shampoo and grooming supplies *listening to songs on the radio trying to guess who the singer is *and starting to see the changes in the store when the holidays come up.

Fireworks, Dandelions, Candles and Stars

I was walking through a field the other day and i picked up a dandelion. Have you ever realixed how many different things and objects poeple wish on? ...fireworks, dandelions, candles, stars, sunsets...there are so many. I guess technically if your wish comes true it could just be a coincidence, unless you were sorta praying or something. I don't really know because i have made wishes before that have come true. Anyways, we all try different crazy things and today i picked a dandelion in the field and decided that i didn't want to wish on it. Instead, I blew the litttle pieces but i decided to keep my wish. For some reason while holding my dandelion i realized how stupid it was that i would be counting on a flower to get something i want or something like that. Although, there are certain tiimes where it seems like there is no possible way for me to get my wish that we all just turn to flowers or fireworks or stars and things like that. I guess no matter how hard we think about this it will always be an up in the air subject.

Finally, My Camera Awaits Me

Guess what?! After this Tuesday I wil finally have enough money for my digital camera. I know for a fact I want a canon but, I can't decided between a A540...a A530... or a A620. ( i think those are the right ones) Anyways, I am so excited. I will probably take pictures of everything. (ok maybe im exaggerating a little bit!) But, I am still excited. There has been so many times where i am ina situation or see the perfect image and I pretty much fall apart because i don't have a way to take a picture of it. but, now I will, once I get my camera!!!

A Taste of My Boredom

So, I am stuck in an office right now. And the first thing i would go do is talk to poeple...yeah, no one is in here to talk to. My dad and 2 other poeple are here, but what are they doing...WORKING!!! So, that doesn't do me any good. Then the only other option is the computer, which is what I have gone to now. U know this is sad, cuz usually there is so much u can do on acomputer, but for me, my boredom always leads to computer soo much that I get boredwith them really really easily. Unless...someone is on IM that I can talk to, and guess what...NO ONEIS ON RIGHT NOW!!! How lame is that?!! So, here I am writing this stupid blog about being bored. I hope that you have now tasted a bit of the boredom I eat from every single day.the end.

My Trip to Whole Foods

This afternoon Charity, Emilee, and I took a trip ot a place I have been wanting to go to for a long time... Whoel Foods. Yeah yeah I know i'm weird. I have decided that I am going to be more healthy as along as the food is organic and is form whole foods. See, everything at whole foods is very healthy and organic. So i decided to buy soem dried bananas trip and these crakers and a water bottle. But these weren't just regular food products, the bananas didn't have any sugar crap on them and my crackers have 7 different types of graina nd no salt at all. And my water bottle is organic and is spring water. I am soo excited, i usually don't like healthy foods, and then I found out that I really like the organic foods. So, now I am going to kbe healthy as long as it is organic and from whole foods.the end.

Pickles & Ice Cream

Why is it that everytime I have a pickle I want a bowl of ice cream? I guess it could be that since a pickle is kinda salty and then I crave soemthing sweet, which leads me to ice cream. Although if you really think about it, pickles and ice cream are not such a good mix. I just had a really good pickle and now for some reason i want a bowl of ice cream sooo thats what i'm gonna do right now.peace out.

Taking Out My Emotions

I have decided that my three favorite things to do are, dance, write, and, draw/sketch. I think that i enjoy these things so much because I can express the way i am feeling with them. I mean seriously writing is pretty obvious. If I write a poem usually that is a way for me to take out my anger or to show my happiness or something like that. And with drawing, well, only some poeple can tell how i am feelign through the way i draw. And last but not least there is my dancing. I think that its a bit harder to see how i am feeling through my dancing if you are not a dancer. Whether it is ballet or hip-hop or a jazz step I can always put my feelings in my dancing. You can take out all the emotions and put them into step which eventually make up a routine. These things really work for me because if i did not have things to take my emotions out on then I would have to keep them all bottled up inside and eventually I would explode. Every person needs to ahve something they can put there passion into whether its skating, dancing, singing, writing, painting, or acting. We all need those little hobbies to get us through the hard times as well as the good times, otherwise we all will end up like a bunch of bottled up soda pops.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY

Happy Birthday Mommy! Today is my mom's birthday. We all went out to lunch at Chevy's and then we went to Michael's and looked around at the craft stuff. It was pretty fun. Then after we were done looking my mom, sister, and jodi went home. Then my dad, me, and emilee went to borders. I ended up buying the Step Up sondtrack. Then later on we went to Barnes and Nobles, and i bought this really cool pen and ink set. It has one of those feather pens and it has wax stamps and it has ink. It is really cool.Well, I have to go,Oh one last thing... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!!

Weird Facts About Me

I am really bored and I have decided to share a couple weird facts about me.
Weird fact nomber one:
I have this thing with Muppets ands I am in love with them. I am actually watching The muppets, christmas carol right this very second. And earlier today i wathed the muppets treasure island. I have always liked them and I am pretty sure I will always be in love with the muppets.
Weird fact number two:
I can smell everything i don't like to eat. I mean i can smell it stronger better than the stuff I DO like. For example, when i am eating a taco, I order it with no lettuce because I hate lettuce, and if there is one piece of lettuce in my taco; after I take the first bite i can smell that piece of lettuce. I know I am weird. and as for the last weird fact...
Weird fact number three:
My favorite candies are succers and lollipops. I have always loved those things because you can suck on them forever, you really get your moneys worth.They last for a really long time. I think the main reason i like them so much is also because, when I was lettle I used to love my pacifier. I had it until I was like four and then my mom took it from me and never gave it back. I was sad so I needed something else...I took up succers and lollipops. Good idea huh?huh?

A Birthday Party

My sister truned seventeen and she had her birthday party this weekend. Last night some of our friends came over. We watched Grease and then we decided to go to target. We each bought a random object and then we came home and made something using all of the objects. I think they ended up building a wedding chapel. Then for the rest of the night we kind of just ate pizza and watched movies and hung out. It was fun. Then this morning we wathced some scenes from Grease again. Everyone is gone now and Me and my sister and Adrianna are watching Muppets's Treasure Island. Well, this is my favorite part so i'm gonna go.

Just A Little Further

This is chad. I have a real problem wiht this boy right here because he is better than me at EVERYTHING. No really, it's not even funny. I like to juggle...i can juggle three, chad can juggle four. I like to do gymnastics, handstands, if i can stay in the air for 5 seconds chad can stay in the air for 10 seconds. I try to beat him in running...i only lose. In a way this is really sad and u could say that i should just not have him as my friend anymore, but the way i try to look at it is this. Chad is my encourager slash pusher. He always pushes me to go just a little bit further in what I'm doing. He is like my, " keep going just a little bit more" person. I'm thankful for that. I think every person needs a pusher, in my case, chad is one of mine.

I don't really know what to say. I saw this picture and i thought it was really cute. I think I like it so much because of the way the little boy is just standing and watching the man. Kids are like this a lot, they just watch and learn. I think that is why I think kids are so amayzing.

Stealing An Apple

So, this past summer while I was on the mission california staff retreat, i experienced the side of a criminal. It was late one night and me and sheena were on the prowl. We grabbed the flash light and our shoes, and quickly slipped ourselves outside the cabin. It was really dark and of course we were freaked out. Our mission was to steal a couple apples from THE TREE.Well, we were laughing but trying to keep orselves quiet at the same time. Then, we heard something move in one of the trees...we screamed. Finally, we slid down the hill and carefully pulled our apples off THE TREE. We pretty much ran back inside. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

Whats ups & How R U's

Have you ever really thought about the questions or rather greetings we say when we see someone? What's Up and How are you are the most common. I personally always have a hard time with these questions, I mean are we all supposed to give the casual, "nothing" or does that person really care and is wondering? I never know what to say when i am asked one of those questions. I usaually just say nothing but then i think about it and if i need soemone to talk to, Now is my chance. But then again we never really know if the person is expecting a REAL answer or is expecting just the casual, "nothing." This is something I will never really know for sure, I guess it all depends on the person.

Sunshine and Rainbows vs. Darkness and Rain

Don't you wish our lives could all just be sunshine and rainbows? Instead all we get sometimes is darkness and rain. I guess thats how life is though, we have to go through the dark to get to the light and we have to go through the rain to get to the rainbow. Sometimes it's nice to have someone to go through it with you though. If you really think about it you could be in the worst rainstorm, but just the love of two people could bring the sun out. If you find that person who helps you bring out the sun, the darkness and the rain are so much more memorable than they really seem.

Dave(A.K.A. davie)

This is Dave...A.K.A Davie. He is a student in Mission California and one of my many friends. He is sooo energetic and is extremely good at the drums. he is also one of the most amayzing christians i know. He is really cool and so friendly. This is his second year in fresno and is originally from Idaho...(but i hope he never leaves).
well, that's about all i can say about Davie. I am so blessed to ahev him as one of my friends.

How people are like Fortune Cookies

Have you ver really compared poeple to fortune cookies?? This is one thing i have thought about a lot. Very many of my friends remind me of fortune cookies, so that is what i call them. I think in many ways poeple are like fortune cookies becuase fortune cookies can be very confusing but you just know that the confusing statement that they make is just sooo wise. In many ways people can be like this too, especially when it is a young person being talked to by someone older than they are. People can be very confusing in certain ways we say things but in a confusing sort of way we know that the confusing staement in which they stated is very wise and pretty much always is the right thing to do for a certain situation. This is why i compare people and my friends to the well-known chinese fortune cookie.

Here is me like in the middle of last year, hiding from the world. No not really, I'm just not very happy that chad is taking a picture of me at that present moment. There is right time to take pictures of certain people and that was not my time.lol.

This is my sister Alyssa. As you can tell she was very hungry that day. She is not always such a pig like she looks in that picture. We were actually at our little sister's soccer game that day and I remember we made quite a few trips to the snack bar.lol. We like our food.lol.

This is my good friend olysa. She used to live here in Fresno, california but she moved back to PA. I miss her soooo much, she was always really fun and a great friend. She has alwyas been there for me and i know she still is. Love ya Olysa.

Happy Early Halloween!!!

I am soooooo excited. You know why? huh huh?! Cuz halloween is coming up! I love halloween even though, my family doesn't really celebrate it anymore. I guess me being a christian, you'd think i wouldn't like the holiday at all, but it is actually one of my favorites. I don't know why i like it so much i just do. All the pumpkins and trick-o-treating and costumes and candy and black and orange and ghosts and haunted mansions and other haunted creatures. It's just so halloweeny if u know what i mean by that. I espeacially like that the corn maze happens around this time of year. And the fresno fair.
I also love picking out the purfect pumpkin and pulling out all the goop and seeds and then making a face or picture in your pumpkin.Oh and not to mention all of the halloween parties that take place this time of year.
I think this year if i get to go to the harvest party at my church i might dress up top be a pirate, with my friend megan. I don't think i will last a nother month and a half. Well, i guess i will have to.I am so excited!

A Happpy Birthday

My 13th birthday was yesterday.I had a lot of fun.We had the birthday party at the church and we went swimming and we played soccer and a lot of people came and i saw some of my old friends and i know this is copletely,totally a run-on sentence but thats okay cuz i had a really fun birthday! And today after church me and my family and becca went to the mall and i got my ears peirced. And yes it did hurt a little bit.It was kind like a pinch...i was actually shocked because i wasn't expecting it the first time, but i was so ready the second time.oh yeah! ANd then me and becca and my sister got to look around a little bit together. I bought a cute shirt for hollister and i almost bought soem jewelry from claire's but i decided to wait. Oh yeha we also saw our friend that is now working in Libby Lu. Then after we were done with the mall we went back to the church. thats pretty much it. I got a lot of things for my birthday though. Here is some of them...a journal, a happy bunny pillow, some necklaces and bracelets, a movie, a couple CD's, some makeup, and a lot of other things. I had a really good day. Well, i'm gonna go to bed. peace out.

Alpine Meadows

Hey! I just got back from the southern teen camp at alpine meadows. It was so much fun.The services were great and the activities were really fun too. They had archery, rock climbing, swimming, canoe racing at the lake, and basketball. Oh yeah and we had alot of water games. One water game was like dodgeball except the two different teams are on opposite sides of the feild and we lauch water balloons and try to hit poeple out. I got hit in the chest by my friend. It was pretty painful. It was a lot of fun though we attacked him after the game was over. I got to hang out with my friends the whole time. Unfortunately they won't be having this camp next year. Instead we are having something called summerfest.I can't wait!

Busy Summer

These next few weeks are going to be crazy for me! Starting this monday night camp meeting begins, and will be going for a whole week. I am also excited about this Friday night, because we have this thing called the youth afterglow and all the youth stay really late and we have services and stuff. The day after camp meeting is over we leave to Idaho for a youth camp. We will be gone for a week. When we come back it is my little sister's tenth birthday. The very next week is the youth camp that i go to and the week after is the youth camp for the little kids. In a few days after that we leave to indiana. when we come back it will be time for my birthday party, in whinch i am inviting about eighty poeple. SO, my summer will be very busy this year... but thats how i like it!!

My day in Hanford

Whats up!! Dang! Its been a long time since i have written on this. Well, here is what has been going on lately... I have been stuck with having to do my schoolwork everyday but, i am still making time to visit with my friends. Actually i am in Hanford right now with some close friends. I am sitting on a bed explaining to a three year old named rebecca what i am doing. There is so much commotion here but it is so much fun.Okay, well i am gonna go, we have been trying to watch spiderman for the last hour.

Square Dancing

Tonight was soooooo much fun!!! Me and hannah and her brother and sister went to a square dancing event. It was actually kind of interesting. I learned one dance and hannah had to dance with people a couple of times! :) I also met a new kid named Dj, and he was pretty interesting. so me and hannah hung out with him quite a bit tonight and he is really funny. So now i am here at hannah's house and we are trying to keep ourselves awake by typing this post in. Over all i would have to say, i think tonight was probably one of the most funnest night of my young life.

Go Crazy

Sometimes you need to just go nuts

Juilliard, UCLA, or Stanford???

So after I went to go see juilliard's dance ensemble at the UCLA campus in Los Angeles I have decided that if Juilliard doen't work out I will be going to UCLA. I have looked online at some majors there and i have found a couple i am interested in. The first one is a world arts and cultural studies. The course is dancing and learning about different culturals. I think that I would have a fun time doing that. And the second one is a communications major. If i wanted to pursue a career in journalism after college i would definately take this course. But if i just happen to have journalism be my life career and that be the only thing i would be doing, I will definately go to Stanford. Which i highly doubt that will happen, but atleast i will know what the plan is if that happens. Well, whatever I end up doing, wherever I go, i will for sure have to keep up my grades up and do good in school all the way throughout highschool. Even though i am only twelve going on thirteen I can't wait until i get older and get to go to college.

Working for Teen Talent

I have been soo tired lately. My youth group's dance team is practicing for a competition called teen talent. We have been working pretty hard the past couple weeks. We are dancing to a really cool song too. The ony thing that stinks though is that even though i know all of the dance so far and do just as much work as everyone else, i don't get to actually be in the dance, because i am too young.(by like 6 months!!!) But still i will be able to watch the team perform and i have been a big part in making up the dance. So, i guess i am pretty satisfied.the competition is broken up into 2 parts. the first part is the regionals and the second part is the nationals. And the regionals are in California at my home church, and the nationals are in Indiana.So, i really hope my team does a good job and has a lot of fun at the same time!!!

My day with Hannah

The other day i finally got to go hangout with my friend, Hannah! We got to go into Borders and then we went to jamba juice. After that we decided we wanted to go thrift shopping. So, we went to 2 thrift stores and we were looking around for anything we might have thought was interesting. At the second store Hannah found a razor skooter and a long skateboard for a total of $7 !!! Isn't that crazy?! So, of course we bought them and then we went back to her house. When we first got there we turned on some music and just talked a little bit. Then that got a little boring so we went outside and rode the skateboard and skooter. And about 20 min. after we were talking and riding I tripped over a rock and fell straight to the ground.After i recovered from my fall we went back inside and turned on the movie the Perfect Man. Then we ate dinner, watched more of the movie and then we had to leave. So, I had a very fun time at Hannah's house.

Its Sooo Close!!!!

Peter Pan is in Four days. Its almost here. I'm starting to get a little nervous. But i am still excited at the same time!!! This next week i have set-up on Tuesday, And have dress rehearsals on Wednesday and Thursday. Then the plays are on Friday, Sturday, and Sunday. Its going to be a crazy week!!!

Practice, Practice, Practice

Practice for the play has been crazy lately! We work so hard...or so it seems :) I go for like four hours. And probably a little more than half the time we're practicing the dances, and then for the other part we are working on our lines and moving around on stage. I'm really excited because quite a few people I know are coming to watch the play. Its so much hard work, but i think in the end it will turn out really really good.

Lock In

Last night was so much fun!!! my youth group had a lock-in. We all got to hang out together and play games and we had a service n stuff. And when it came time to go to bed i never went to sleep.Atleast 6 or 7 of us never slept! We had so much fun!!! But i am so tired!

Busy Busy Busy

Today is going to be so busy! This morning I had to get up early to make oatmeal cookies. Then i had to take a shower and get dressed. Not to mention somewhere in between there i had to pack because tonight after i got to homeschool group and my play rehearsal I am going to spend the night with the youth group at the church. And somewhere in between there i have to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I'm gonna be sooo tired!!!

Peter Pan Casting

I just got back from my first "Peter Pan" rehearsal. It was fun i guess. But, guess what part I got?!! I'm a pirate!!! We learned part of a really cool dance. And we have to sing...ummm...well I can't remember the title but its like"the pirate theme song"...or whatever. But I think the part will be cool.

New Years Eve

New Years Eve was so much fun at my house! We ended up having more than twenty-two people over. It was so crowded. And when it was getting closer to midnight, we watched the ball drop in times square on television! And then we watched different singers perform on TV. We all had a really fun night on New Years Eve this year!
