School

So I think I am in my eighth week of school and so far everything is going pretty well. There isn't too much drama at this school and I have A's in all my classes too which makes things nice. I have met some cool friends and we get to hangout outside of school every now and then which is fun. We recently went to the fresno fair and had a blast! We ate lots of food haha and they rode the rides and we went into the exhibit and shops and looked around. I have always loved the fresno fair and I think I always will. :)

I have a biology test this wednesday that I am definitely not too psyched about. :...I have started studying but I still wish I knew the material better than I do. I guess this is just a learning experience to use and remember that for next module I will pay attention more in class haha. At least English is going well. That has always been my strongest subject...and I think anyone can do well in that class as long as they THINK. That is really all it takes, a little bit of thinking and common sense lol. I believe I have a 100% in the class right now and I plan to keep it that way for the rest of the year. In fact, my goal is to have a 100% in every class at the end of each semester. I figure if I am already getting A's might as well chase perfection and go for 100%'s. :)

Well I am kind of tired and need to get my sleep to be ready for school tomorrow. Goodnight all you bloggers. :)

Sittin at home doing absolutely NOTHING

Wow I did not know that I could possibly be THIS bored. :....Here I am sitting at my desk, on the computer trying to find something to do...and to BLOG was the best thing I could come up with....now that is just sad. I would love to be out doing amazing things in our amazingly crappy world, but hey I am staying home tonight. Do you understand how that feels to have so much bottled up inside of you and so much you want to learn and teach and see and experience but you just can't?? At least not yet...but waiting for all of that to happen is dreadfully awful. It gets me frustrated having so much I want to do and wanting to make a change in so many things in the world but not being able to because I am too young or too little or too immature. Oh my gosh, it's like "Will you let me grow up already so that I can go out and do the amazing things I was born to do???" And yeah I know it's more complicated than that, but the most I have right now is volunteering at my gymnastics place...WOW. There are so many things I want to see and I don't get to see outside of my house or a certain area of fresno most of the time. I know that someday I will be able to do everything I have been planning to do for quite some time now, but the "right now" is getting kind of old...and I am ready for some big things to happen in my life. I guess I have going back to school to look forward to, but even then...will that really work out so well? I am not soo sure, but I am trying to have a positive outlook on it...I suppose lol. I have come to a conclusion that it is NOT healthy for people to do the same thing every single day. It isn't even healthy to have the same pattern you do each WEEK. Have the guts to try something new every single day, and do something different than the what you did the day before. Otherwise, we get tired and bored of our routine-cookie cutter-all mapped out-reading the rule book- lives. I know I am waitin for the day that I can get out of that lifestyle.

We Can All Be Superheroes.......RECYCLE!!

Okay so honestly....how hard is it to throw a plastic bottle or an aluminum can into a recycle bin or even just pick up some random litter and throw it in a garbage can? Would you like for someone to come into your home and dump trash everywhere? You would be pretty bugged wouldn't you? Just remember that our own homes are not the only homes we have...remember the big home we live in?....Hmm maybe the one called EARTH??...By not recycling, you are killing the environment and potentially killing the world we live in. Is it really that difficult?....to recycle, paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum??....That's like 4 things....not that difficult. We all need to give a hand and help recycle and save the earth....I know I know...."Save the World"...what are we?...superheroes? You don't have to be a superhero to save the earth. There are so many different things you can do to help out...recycling is just one of them, there is also, buying hybrid cars, using vehicles such as motorcycles instead of regular cars, discarding hazardous wastes properly, and there are many other things as well. You may think that doing any of those things won't help out the world at all....but it surely does. In fact, by doing each of those things, we ARE helping save the earth....so I guess we ARE superheroes. You don't need a cape or secret identity....just pick up some litter and kindly throw it in the trash, or recycle the cans and bottles you use. =D

Broken Down Cars?....Or No Car At All?

Okay, so I am back from my long long long break from blogging ha ha. I am not too sure about what I am going to be writing. But I decided maybe if I just try to pick this thing back up, eventually it will just "flow"...if you know what I mean. If not then that's okay, you can just continue to sit there scratching your head.

Anyway, lately I have been just trying to keep up with school, while also maintaining somewhat of a social life. That is slightly hard to do, only having 2 friends who live in town and the rest are college students, your parents don't want you around all the time. But I have decided that it will get better for me....and it will get better soon. And if it's not going to get better on its own, I will just have to make everything better myself. Or wait, that's God's job isn't it. haha oops, (didn't mean to steal your thunder) I think I'll just go ahead and leave that up to him lol.

But back to what I was saying, who knew freshman year would be sooo hard??! Someone did not let me in on that precious little secret, and they are going to pay! Haha, no not really, all in all I think it's gone pretty well so far. I'm still alive aren't I?...and that's all that I could ask for. I read this chinese proverb today and it said, "A gem cannot be polished without rubbing, nor is a man perfected without trials." Have you ever wondered what it would be like if we never went through anything bad? I'm sure you're thinking, oh yeah life would be a heck of a lot easier...but would we appreciate? Maybe going through the bad stuff is what really makes all of the good stuff matter. If we only had good things happen to us pretty soon we would take it all for granted. Not that we already take everything for granted as it is. But still, we would get too used to good things happening to us. Look at it this way, wouldn't you much rather have a car to get broken down in on the side of the road, then to have no car at all? At least you have a crappy car. Lol, I bet there are a million people that don't have cars or homeless people that would think, "Man, I would kill to have that broken down piece of junk than to have nothing at all." So why not, when you walk out of your home tomorrow, appreciate all of the little things that we have and that happen to us....good and the bad.
